Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Haven Medical is a Little Rock company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
