Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Granite Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Little Rock, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
