Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Fern Care Services supports families and individuals in Little Rock with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
