Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
