Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Bridge Foods is a Las Vegas food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
