Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Greenridge North Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
