Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Loom Medical designs and makes medical devices in Las Vegas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
