Harborlight Union Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
