Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Las Vegas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
