Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Stone Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Las Vegas design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
