Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Granite Financial Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
