Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Wren Banking Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 393 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
