Greenridge Lantern Medical Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
