Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Keystone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Knoxville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
