Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Ivory Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
