Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Forge Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
