Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Mill Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Kansas City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
