Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Kansas City, MO)

Bright Hollow Care Services supports families and individuals in Kansas City with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
