Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Cedar Health Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
