Redstone Cedar Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
