Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Haven Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
