Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Kestrel Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Jacksonville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
