Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Sparrow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Jacksonville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
