Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Field Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 685 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
