Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Fox Pharma develops and makes medicines in Jackson, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 238 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
