Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Iron Construction Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
