Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fern Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
