Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Ashton Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Jackson, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
