Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Indianapolis, IN)

Fernwood Ivory Health Group is a healthcare provider in Indianapolis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
