Lumen Clear Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
