Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Indianapolis, IN)

Ironwood Oak Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Indianapolis with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
