Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
