Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Houston, TX)

Cedar Ridge Pharma develops and makes medicines in Houston. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
