Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Houston, TX)

Nova Oak Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Houston serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 716 people based in Houston. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
