Nova Granite Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
