Amberfield Kestrel Financial Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Houston. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
