Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
