Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Rowan Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
