Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Cedar Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
