Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Honolulu, HI)

Nova Amber Insurance is an insurance company in Honolulu with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 282 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
