Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Honolulu. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
