Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Forge Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Honolulu, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
