Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Honolulu, HI)

Westbrook Ashton Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Honolulu serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
