Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
