Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Ashton Health Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
