Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fern Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
