Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Amber Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
