Rivermark Rowan Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals.
