Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Hartford, CT)

Summit Linden Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
