Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Hartford, CT)

Nova Juniper Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Hartford, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 742 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
